Will somebody need to visit my property?
Yes. A trained and licensed Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) will need to visit the property to undertake the energy assessment and produce the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
The visit will take approximately 3/4 - 1 hour and will include tasks such as measuring your rooms, checking for insulation and examining your light bulbs and boiler systems etc.
